Sacrifice

Our book we've chosen for Spring 2014 is called 'Sacrifice' by Simon Guillebaud - we think it's going to be really useful.

A written sermon on Romans 12:1 challenging Christians to take up our crosses - to really take up our crosses - and follow Jesus Christ to die, as we are motivated by the mercies of God given to us. The author gives lots of examples from church history and Burundi, and right from the beginning reminds us that sacrifice for Jesus is a privilege.

This is a really short book - only 45 pages - and we are giving it out free to every household who comes on Sundays to Church by the Bay.
